Our final presentation was on Friday and we did good. Me and Joel had to do because Karl couldn't come to school.we got achieved which is a fair mark because we could of done better. For one in the final presentation Joel wasn't include enough. I took control and didn't include him. overall i think that it was a good idea to do one these kind of projects and they were a great learning experience.

For the project on the relevance of the Olympic games in 2008 i am working with Joel and Karl. Our question is "what does the opening ceremony show about China?". We have started researching about what happened at the opening ceremony and we know waht went down.We began to make a power point to present our work. So far everyone is contributing a lot and we are working together well.

Corey Duffel is a popular skateboarder from Walnut Creek, California. He was born on April 11, 1984 as William Corey Duffel to Steve and Sharon. He is known for his fast-paced skating style, skating big gaps, rails, stairs, and any large obstacles like the freeway gap in Cataclysmic Abyss. His skating stance is Goofy
Duffel is sponsored by Foundation Skateboards, Osiris Shoes, Split Clothing, Venture Trucks, Mob Grip, Pig Wheels, Metro Skateboard Shop, Skullcandy headphones, and CCS Mailorder. and is also working with mentor Michael Davis' Music Is Revolution Foundation, raising money to support music education in public schools. Davis and Duffel have also collaborated on some fashion and skate items for Foundation. He has a tattoo of a spider on his back, which also appeared on one of his skateboard graphics.
Duffel earned much negative recognition for referring to fellow skateboarder Stevie Williams as a "trashy nigger" in an interview from Chris Nieratko. Duffel recanted the statement immediately, and had said throughout the interview he felt he was being manipulated by Nieratko to embarrass himself. The remark cost him many sponsors and he has since been "linked to Stevie Williams in a negative way." In a later interview with Thrasher Magazine Duffel expressed regret at his racist comments and the fact that he is always known for the racial slurs he made, also saying that he looked up to Williams from a young age

My maths progect is to make a shape and play around with it. i am working with joel. we are making two diffrent shapes and joining them toghther. we will reflect his image so it fits on to the top and bottom of my shape

this week we have been doing rotation reflection translation and enlarging. we were given homework to do on all of them except enlarging., it was good.

I am sending you a letter about the main affects of deforestation hope fully you know all this so otherwise you are not a very good minister. But I’m sure you know everything I have to say.

The main affects of deforestation are that animal habitats are being destroyed and the climate is changing for the worse. many animals are being driven towards extinction because of it. people are losing a lot of money which is not as bad since money is not everything. its not very healthy because there will be less oxygen which could cause lots of droughts.

If we don't really try stopping this it its going to wipe out all the trees and forests and affect mankind big time.

what i did in the holidays

during the past holidays i did a fair bit on the first weekend i went skating with freinds and didnt do much during the week i went down to my room and found all my old stuff and put it up o trademe most of it was toys from 3 years ago. i also went to the swimming pools twice and went to the recreation center(indoor skatepark)the second week i attended a football camp wich was on monday to thursday fom 9-12 i also went ten pin bowling went to the pools again did some more skating and on the last friday of the holidays i went to the movies and saw kungfu panda a movie about a panda who wants to become a kungfu master and how he has to you his negatives kough kough his weight, and turn them into positeves then later on that day my freind billy came round to stay the night and we went skating the rest of the holidays was uneventful
